Rather than requiring the organization to sell its land, APWireless structured a customized agreement that allowed them to unlock value from their existing telecom rents while retaining ownership of the underlying property. The transaction represented more than €1 million in capital and provided a long-term income solution designed to support the organization’s financial objectives.

APWireless developed a phased payment structure aligned with the organization’s operational and financial priorities, while also accounting for the future evolution of the telecom infrastructure on site. This adaptability, combined with a hands-on and relationship-focused approach, helped create the confidence needed to move the transaction forward.
The result was a long-term partnership that reduced operational burden, improved financial visibility, and allowed the organization to focus more fully on the people and communities it serves.
