Job Summary

The Online Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of online marketing strategies via websites and online marketing tools. The Online Marketing Associate reports to the Online Marketing Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Online Marketing Associate include the following:

Online Marketing– Work closely with the Online Marketing Manager and Marketing Directors to develop and implement email marketing campaigns

Independent & Team Work– Candidate must be comfortable working independently and with a team locally and internationally. Candidate must be self-driven and well organized.

Design– Graphic design skills and knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and HTML.

Daily Responsibilities

Daily tasks of the Online Marketing Associate include the following:

Email Marketing

  • Participate on content creation & building eblasts
  • Layout creation
  • A/B Testing
  • Monitor incoming website traffic and relay necessary info
  • Create and monitor workflow for automated emails
  • Implement lead scoring metrics

Reporting

  • Monthly Website traffic report
  • Monitor and create campaign responses for E-marketing Efforts

Google Analytics

  • Analyze information
  • Identify trends, analyze data to improve website for better user experience
  • Monitor and block spam for each website
  • Create filters to accurately view data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a college/university degree program

Job Description

Data research specialist will research raw addresses to obtain the landowner name, telephone numbers associated to the address/landlord, and other information that will generate rich leads to the sales department and for data base storage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Data research specialist verifies information, operates data entry and prepares documents
  • Data research specialist will use different tools and software (mainly excel and maps) to find specific information to enrich and verify the existing data
  • Manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries to a database for accuracy

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job currently has no supervisory responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to review and analyze data and information from multiple sources
  • Ability to enter and retrieve data from data bases
  • Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets
  • A degree and/or experience in a relevant discipline, such as business information systems, computer science, economics, information management, mathematics or statistics preferred
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have Microsoft Office User working knowledge; enter data accurately at a given speed; strong typing, analytical and computer skills

Language Skills

  • Fluency in Spanish – It is required that candidates be able to speak, write and read Spanish.
